– Sexta – 111 Milhas Terras de Sic\u00f3, 111 km Terras de Sic\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– S\u00e1bado 60 km (partida de Santiago da Guarda) e 42 km (partida de Condeixa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Domingo 25 km e 13 km competitivos e 13 km n\u00e3o competitivos (a correr ou a andar) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para participar nas provas de 111 Milhas Terras de Sic\u00f3, 111 km Terras de Sic\u00f3, 60 km e 42 km, os participantes dever\u00e3o ter pelo menos 20 anos \u00e0 data da prova, na prova de Trail Sprint de 25 km podem participar atletas j\u00faniores (18 e 19 anos). Os atletas Juvenis (16 e 17 anos), poder\u00e3o participar no trail jovem de 13 km. Descrição do Evento

O Trail Foge Foge Capão 2026 é composto por duas provas competitivas: Trail Curto (16 km) e Mini Trail (10 km) e por uma Caminhada (10km), que se desenrolam na zona de Indicação Geográfica Protegida do Capão de Freamunde.

Com partida e chegada no centro da cidade de Freamunde, a prova leva os participantes a percorrer ruas, quelhas típicas, quintas rurais e trilhos montanhosos da cidade e freguesias limítrofes.
