Remove `Sized` bound from `MutexGuard::map`

Since `MutexGuard` has `T: ?Sized`, `U` does not need to be restricted
to `Sized` types. This now allows using `map` to cast from
`MutexGuard<'_, M, ImplsTrait>` to `MutexGuard<'_, M, dyn Trait>`.
